We deliver across India to all serviceable PIN codes supported by our courier partners.

Payment Methods

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

However, we support all major payment options for a secure and convenient checkout:

• Net Banking
• EMI (on eligible cards)

Store Pickup

Topspin operates as an online-only store.

We currently do not offer in-store pickup or warehouse collection. All orders are delivered directly to your shipping address via courier.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery time:

• 3–5 business days for most locations across India

Please note:

• Orders containing assembled rackets may require 1 additional working day.
• Delivery timelines may occasionally vary based on product availability or courier delays.
• We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

You will be notified if your order requires additional processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your tracking link.

You can also track your order anytime from the My Orders section of your account.

Dispatch notifications will be sent via email once your order ships.

Courier Partners

Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as:

• Blue Dart
• DTDC
• Maruti Courier

The courier partner is automatically selected based on your delivery PIN code and cannot be chosen manually.

Returns & Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of sports equipment and custom assembly, the following items are not eligible for return or cancellation:

• Assembled or customized rackets
• Apparel and shoes
• Used rackets

We recommend recording an unboxing video when receiving your order. This helps us quickly resolve any rare issues related to transit damage or incorrect items.

Product Authenticity & Warranty

All products sold on Topspin are 100% genuine and sourced from authorized importers and distributors.

Most table tennis and pickleball brands do not provide manufacturer warranties on equipment. However, we stand by the authenticity and quality of the products we supply.
