Where can you deliver my order?

We deliver to all PIN codes in India where courier delivery services operate.

Do you support Cash/Card on Delivery(COD)?

No, we do not support COD. However, we support all other modes of payment including UPI, domestic & international cards, wallets and EMI.

Can I collect from your store/warehouse/office?

No, since we do not have a physical store, it will not be possible. All orders will be delivered to your address via courier.

How many days will my order take to deliver?

Approximately 3-5 business days depending on the location. Order takes 1-2 business days to pack and dispatch from our warehouse. Some orders may take longer depending on availability of products and you will be informed. Orders with assembled rackets, can take 1 working day extra. There is no option to expedite the delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email which has the tracking link. You can also track your order from "My Order" tab on your profile. You will also receive email notifications once your order is dispatched.

Who will deliver my order?

Based on your PIN code, your order will be delivered by the most trusted courier partner such as Bluedart, DTDC, Maruti Courier etc. There is no option to choose the courier partner.

Is there an option to try and return the racket?

No there is no option to try and return rackets, Apparel & Shoes. Return & cancellation policy does not apply to assembled rackets, customized rackets, Apparel & Shoes. Upon receiving the order, please take a video of unboxing. There is no guarantee or warranty that brands provide on any product. However, all products are 100% authentic and sourced from genuine brand importers.
