Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
You can cancel your order directly from the My Orders section of your account. Once cancelled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible products.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery, provided the product is:
- Unused
- In original sealed packaging
- In resellable condition
Refunds will be issued after deducting courier charges.
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when receiving your order. This helps us quickly resolve any rare issues related to transit damage or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund:
- Customised rackets
- Assembled rackets
- Lacquered blades
- Apparel
- Shoes
- Used Products
These products are considered personalised or hygiene-sensitive items.
Return Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return:
Blades
- Must be returned in their original box
- Must not have glue residue, scratches, or damage
Rubbers
- Must remain sealed in original packaging
Premade rackets, bags & accessories
- Must be unused and returned with original packaging and labels

Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return courier charges.
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours
- Payment gateway processing may take additional time
- Banks typically complete refunds within 1–3 working days
You will receive confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket

Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
