Cancellation Policy


If your order is not dispatched from our warehouse, you may cancel your order within 24 hrs of placing your order for full refund from "My Orders" tab on your profile. Your order comes with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the product minus the courier charges, within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is in its original, sealed, unused condition. Please take a video of unboxing as a proof which will be useful for returns. This policy does not apply to customized rackets, assembled rackets, lacquered blades, apparel & shoes.


Return & Refund Policy


In order to qualify for our return & refund policy the following requirements need to be fulfilled:

-Customized rackets, assembled rackets, lacquered blades, apparel & shoes do not qualify for returns or refund.

-Blades must be returned in a box and cannot have any scrapes or glue on their surface.

-Rubbers must be sealed in their original packaging.

-Premade rackets, bags and accessories must be returned unused with their packaging and labels in original sealed condition.

-Important: before returning any item(s), please contact us on WhatsApp or sales@topspin.in. We will provide you with the address to courier the items back for inspection.

-The courier charges will not be refunded.

-We will initiate the refund as soon as we receive the product back in original condition and you will be notified. The refund once initiated will be processed by the payment gateway within 24-48 hours. However, if the payment gateway's refund API fails to hit the bank, then the refund is processed by the bank manually within the standard banking timeline of 7-10 bank working days.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+67453d7824094689b43dd26bf623e145@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
